Player / Caregiver  Declaration

By signing your registration form or checking the acceptance box in the online registration you are accepting the Club Rules/Terms and Conditions.

You agree to and are aware of the following:

• You are applying for registration as a member with the Ranford Junior Soccer Club.
• You have read and agree to the Code of Behaviour.
• You agree to allow photographs of you or your child to be used in Ranford Junior Soccer Club’s print and online media*
• You will assist with fundraising activities from time to time.

*Online and print photo opt out – If you do not want photographs of your child to be used in Ranford Junior Soccer Club’s print and online media please indicate your objection in the Photos & Social Media section of the player registration form.

Breaches at Games &Training

Any breaches at games or training will be handled by Ranford Junior Soccer Club.

Any disciplinary action for consideration will involve the Recipient, Caregiver (If Recipient is Under 18 Years) and Coach being notified by phone or in person.

Refunds

For any member who wishes to cancel their membership the following conditions apply;

• Prior to grading day a partial refund will be given - membership fee minus any service fees.
• After grading day a partial refund will be given - membership fee minus $40 and any service fees.
